Replay Attack
An Attack where an Attacker repeats a legitimate data transmission.
As an example, if an Attacker is able to record the data transmission of a legitimate money transfer from one bank account to another, a Replay Attack would play back this recording many times and cause the banks to transmit the original amount many times more.
In the context of Contact Tracing, a successful Replay Attack could be used by an Attacker to pretend that additional contacts between the target of the Attack and other individuals have occurred, thereby causing them to potentially be considered infected.
